Break3 privacy policy
What Break3 keeps about you, why, who else sees it, and how to delete your account and data.
Break3 is made by inite LLC (INITE), 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Questions and requests: [email protected]. This page covers Break3 on break3.app, in Telegram, VK and MAX, and the Break3 apps for iPhone and Android. The INITE privacy policy covers the rest of INITE.
What we keep
- Account. Your INITE sign-in (email, name), the language you chose and your time zone. Without an account, Break3 keeps your habits under a random id stored in your browser.
- Habits and check-ins. The habits you track, your check-ins, notes and photos you attach, streaks, levels and groups you join. Some habits are about quitting (smoking, alcohol, sugar, porn, the phone): we treat them as sensitive and they are private unless you share them.
- Selfie and portraits. The selfie you upload and the portraits drawn from it.
- Coach and interview. What you write to the coach and your answers to the "who do you want to become" interview.
- Reminders. A push token for your device, and your Telegram or WhatsApp account if you link one.
- Orders. For the supplement shop: name, phone, delivery address and the order. Payment is taken by INITE Billing; Break3 does not see card numbers.
- Usage. Which steps of the app you reach (for example "first check-in"), with the platform and the campaign that brought you. No habit titles or notes. Crash reports, without cookies or IP addresses.
Why
To run Break3 for you: show your habits, keep streaks, draw portraits, send the reminders you turned on, deliver orders. To see where people get stuck and fix it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who else processes it
- OpenRouter passes the coach's conversation, the interview and, for a portrait, your selfie to the AI model that answers or draws.
- INITE Identity (sign-in), INITE Billing (payments) and INITE Brain (what the coach remembers about you), run by INITE.
- Google Firebase delivers push notifications; Telegram and Meta (WhatsApp) deliver messages if you link them.
- Sentry receives crash reports.
- DigitalOcean hosts the servers.
Your choices
Turn reminders off in Me, Reminders. Unlink Telegram or WhatsApp there too. Delete the selfie in Me, Evolution. Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it at [email protected].
Deleting your account and data
In the app: Me, then Delete account at the bottom. This deletes your Break3 profile, habits, check-ins, selfie and portraits right away, and asks the coach's memory to forget you.
Without the app: write to [email protected] from the email you sign in with, subject "Delete my Break3 account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done. Records we must keep by law (for example, paid orders) are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your INITE sign-in itself is shared with other INITE services; to delete it too, say so in the same email.
Reports and blocking
Insults, harassment, hate, sexually explicit content, spam and encouraging self-harm are not allowed in Break3. You can report any post or comment and block its author from the «...» menu next to it. We review every report within 24 hours and remove what breaks these rules. We keep the report (who sent it, the reason and the text it is about) and the list of people you blocked. Unblock someone in Me, Blocked people.
Children
Break3 is not for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU and Brazil). We delete an account we learn belongs to a child.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and for a significant change we tell you in the app.
